Title:
RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE PRODUCTION METHOD AND OPTICAL COMPONENT PRODUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/179881
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an imprint molding method for producing a resin molded article which is unlikely to cause bubbles to form when applying a coat of a curable composition to a mold having a pattern forming section. A method for producing a resin molded article by imprint molding, the method having: a specific curable composition coating step, in which a section not yet coated with the curable composition and constituting part of a mold having a pattern forming section is coated with the curable composition in a manner such that the contact angle relative to the mold is 50° or less, such as the curable composition coating step (1) described below; and a curing step for obtaining a resin molded article by curing the curable composition which has been coated onto the mold. (1) A curable composition coating step which includes a fine particle coating stage for applying a coat of the curable composition in a manner such that the particle diameter of the fine particles in the curable composition when adhering to the mold is 0.5mm or less.
