Abstract:
A resonator (100), comprising a substrate (1), a composite film (2), and a longitudinal acoustic wave reflector (3). The composite film (2) comprises, arranged sequentially in a first direction, a first electrode (21), a piezoelectric functional film (22), and a second electrode (23), the first electrode (21) being arranged on the substrate (1) and the longitudinal acoustic wave reflector (3). The piezoelectric functional film (22) comprises a longitudinal piezoelectric film (221) and a longitudinal non-piezoelectric film (222), the longitudinal non-piezoelectric film (222) comprising a main body portion (2221) and an annular protruding ring (2222) extending from the main body portion. The region enclosed by the orthographic projection of the inside face of the protruding ring (2222) in the first direction onto the main body portion (2221) is a resonating region (10), and the region of the resonator (100) located outside the resonating region (10) is a non-resonating region (20). The first electrode (21) and the second electrode (23) both completely cover the resonating region (10), and the portion of the second electrode (23) located in the non-resonating region (20) is arranged on the side of the protruding ring (2222) away from the main body portion (2221). The acoustic impedance of the resonator (100) differs between the resonating region (10) and the non-resonating region (20), and the acoustic impedances of the portions of the first electrode (21), the piezoelectric functional film (22), and the second electrode (23) located in the resonating region (10) are all largely constant.
