Abstract:
An Rheb protein activator and the use thereof. The Rheb protein activator, ATP6AP1 protein, is obtained to serve as a GEF (guanine nucleotide exchange factor) of Rheb by using a novel proximity labeling technology for screening. The 30 amino acids at the C terminal of the ATP6AP1 protein can directly target and activate the Rheb, so that the Rheb-GDP is converted into the form of GTP, thereby achieving a curative effect. The selected ATP6AP1 protein has a great medicinal value, and particularly has a better medicinal value in the field of treating diabetes.
