Abstract:
[Problem] Provided are: a rice variety that has large rice grains and improved fall resistance; mixed rice in which is used polished rice obtained from the fruit of this rice variety. [Solution] This rice variety is characterized by being the rice variety identified by Accession No. FERM BP-22401 or a progeny line thereof. This mixed rice is provided with a first polished rice obtained by polishing a first unpolished rice obtained from a rice variety that is the rice variety identified by Accession No. FERM BP-22401 or a progeny line thereof, a second polished rice obtained by polishing a second unpolished rice obtained from a rice variety of a cultivar differing from that of the first polished rice, and a packing container that accommodates the first polished rice and the second polished rice.
