Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of being capable of easily attaching and detaching a seal member, minimizing aged deterioration and a breakage during travelling over a long period, suitably adhering a seal material to a drop section, and ensuring the movable area of a nipple which engages a spoke with a rim. In order to solve the problem, a cover member (5) in an open ring shape covering a through hole (3) is provided above a drop section (1) in a rim (4) for a tubeless tire in which the drop section (1) which is formed in a ring shape having a predetermined width, and which has a recessed shape in the center of the widthwise direction is formed, and the through hole (3) into which a nipple (2) for engaging the end section of a spoke (s) with the drop section (1) is inserted is formed. Seal members (6) consisting of an elastic raw material which air-tightly seals the upper space of the drop section (1) in which the through hole (3) is formed along with the cover member (5) are provided, and end sections (5b, 5c) of an open ring section (5a) of the cover member (5) are detachably connected by an engaging means (7) by being pressure-welded to the upper surface of the drop section (1) along the outer peripheral edge on the under surface side of the cover member (5).
