Abstract:
Provided is a ring-shaped sausage with which there is obtained a sausage that is regulated in shape into the form of a ring, it being possible, even during cooking or preparation, to prevent the shape of the sausage from being broken due to disconnection of a bonded portion or positional misalignment. In this ring-shaped sausage S, a tubular casing 1 is filled with a raw seasoned ingredient 2 that contains ground meat and minced meat and is seasoned using salt, spices, or the like, the casing 1 being formed to have a prescribed length. One end section 101 of the casing 1 is joined to the other end section 102 thereof in a state of being drawn into the seasoned ingredient 2 from the other end section 102, and the entire casing 1 is formed into a ring shape having a prescribed radius.
