Abstract:
The present invention provides a robust molecule recognition element that can function in a harsh environment with high temperatures. The present invention relates to a molecule recognition element comprising a substrate which is constituted by a ceramic and an atomic layer deposition film which is on the substrate and constituted by a ceramic. The atomic layer deposition film is provided with a recognition part constituted by a hole, the template for which is the molecular shape of one or more types of target molecules and which enables recognition of the molecular shape of the one or more types of target molecules.
