Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rock bolt having a tapered insertion part, which comprises: a hollow body which has a hollow portion formed on the inside thereof so that a fluid can be introduced through the front end at the fluid entrance side, a part of the hollow body being recessedly pressed to form a recess hole along the circumferential direction, and the pressed part being spread within a drilled hole by means of the fluid introduced into the hollow portion; a front end cap which is fixedly coupled to the front end of the hollow body so as to connect an injection part for injecting the fluid; a rear joint part for joining the rear end of the hollow body and closing the hollow body so as to prevent the fluid introduced into the hollow portion through the injection part from leaking out of the hollow body; and a tapered insertion part which is formed at the rear end of the hollow body along the longitudinal direction of the hollow body such that the diameter thereof becomes gradually smaller toward the rear end so that the hollow body can be easily inserted into and withdrawn from the drilled hole. The rock bolt can be easily inserted into and withdrawn from the drilled hole within which the rock bolt is to be installed and the rear end of the hollow body of the rock bolt is directly closed by welding, thereby reducing the time and cost for manufacturing the rock bolt.
