Abstract:
A rock true triaxial testing system and method integrated with microscopic CT online scanning. The system comprises a true triaxial tester (1), an automatic rotary table (2), a CT ray source (3), a CT detector (4), a control cabinet (5) and a control console (6). The true triaxial tester (1) is provided on the automatic rotary table (2). The true triaxial tester (1) is located between the CT ray source (3) and the CT detector (4). The true triaxial tester (1) is connected to the control cabinet (5) by means of gas-liquid pipelines (7). The control console (6) is electrically connected to the control cabinet (5). The method comprises: encapsulating a rock sample (8) and feeding same into the true triaxial tester (1), adjusting the positions of the CT ray source (3) and the CT detector (4), turning on a power supply of each device, applying an axial load after applying a confining pressure and a temperature, starting the automatic rotary table (2) to rotate the true triaxial tester (1), performing real-time online scanning on the rock sample (8) at the center of the true triaxial tester (1) by means of the CT ray source (3) and the CT detector (4), and recording and storing scanning data; rotating the true triaxial tester (1) to a set angle and then resetting same, and repeating rotation and scanning; and resetting the true triaxial tester (1), releasing the axial load and the confining pressure after cooling, and reconstructing an image according to the scanning data.
