Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a roll-bonded body that achieves both high peel strength and high resistance to bonding and bending. The present invention relates to a roll-bonded body comprising an aluminum layer and a copper layer, wherein there are no intermetallic compounds including aluminum and copper in the interface between the aluminum layer and the copper layer and the peel strength is greater than 10 N/cm. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the roll-bonded body.
