Abstract:
A roller apparatus capable of quickly changing a roller, the roller apparatus comprising: a rack (1), and a roller loading box (2) which is provided with multiple hole positions and T-bolts (3) at the respective hole positions, wherein a first structural hole (24) and a second structural hole (25) are provided at each hole position; the first structural hole is a rectangular countersunk hole formed at the bottom of the corresponding hole position, and has an opening facing downwards; the second structural hole is a rectangular through hole that vertically penetrates the corresponding hole position; the first structural hole intersects and communicates with the second structural hole; and the T-bolt has a head (31) embedded in the first structural hole, and a screw rod passing through the second structural hole and the top of the rack and then locked by means of a locking nut (4). A roll changing method using the roll apparatus is provided. Using the roller apparatus, during normal production, the T-bolt can better transfer the force borne by the roller loading box to the rack; and a roller can be changed by only lifting the T-bolt through the second structural hole to the above of the roller loading box without removing the T-bolt, which can significantly improve the roller changing efficiency, reduce the roller changing workload, and also avoid the risk of bolt loss.
