Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional heat treatment production system for a high-strength steel plate/strip, comprising a preparation unit, a high-temperature heat treatment unit, a low-temperature heat treatment unit, and a product collection unit which are connected in sequence. The preparation unit comprises an uncoiling device and a first shearing device; the high-temperature heat treatment unit comprises a first heating device, a first cooling device, a second shearing device, and a first stacker which are connected in sequence; and the low-temperature heat treatment unit comprises at least one low-temperature heat treatment mechanism, the low-temperature heat treatment mechanism comprising a second heating device and a second cooling device which are connected in sequence. In addition, further provided is a heat treatment production method for a high-strength steel plate/strip which is implemented on the basis of the production system. The present invention can implement production modes of coil-plate continuous heat treatment, plate-plate continuous heat treatment and the like, is suitable for quenching-and-tempering heat treatment, quenching heat treatment, tempering heat treatment, and normalizing heat treatment production of steel, has the characteristics of multiple channels, multiple modes, and multiple functions, and can satisfy the production requirements of products of multiple varieties and multiple specifications.
