Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rolling device and a membrane material laminating apparatus. The rolling device comprises: a conveying assembly, comprising a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt arranged opposite each other, with a conveying channel being formed between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt for conveying at least two layers of a membrane material; and a double-roller assembly, comprising a first pressing roller and a second pressing roller, which can rotate around their own axis and are arranged opposite each other, with a rolling channel being formed between the first pressing roller and the second pressing roller for pressing the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, and the at least two layers of the membrane material in the conveying channel. In this way, during the rolling and lamination of the at least two layers of the membrane material by means of the first pressing roller and the second pressing roller, the at least two layers of the membrane material are squeezed continuously by means of the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, such that the at least two layers of the membrane material are maintained in a flattened state. The at least two layers of the membrane material are subjected to flat-pressing and rolling at the same time so as to prevent warping, wrinkling, dislocation, etc. of the membrane material during rolling, which is beneficial for ensuring that the appearance and precision of a finished product meet design requirements.
