Abstract:
A rolling device, comprising a rolling mill and an adjusting roller set. The rolling mill uses an asymmetric roller system, and the adjusting roller set uses oil blocking rollers (7) and flattening rollers (6) which are unequal in diameter. According to a rolling method, the height of the flattening rollers is adjusted, such that foil is wrapped on the roller surface of a working roller having a large roller diameter to form a wrapping arc; tension is evenly distributed on the cross section of the foil by means of back supporting of the working roller on the foil; and the defects are eliminated in the key forming initial stage of rolling, and a plate shape is stabilized in the later stage of rolling forming, such that high-precision rolling of the wide foil is achieved. The rolling mill uses the asymmetric roller system, such that the number of rollers is reduced, the precision of the roller system is improved, and the rollers are convenient to adjust and maintain.
