Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of digital medical treatment, and provides a similar patient identification method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining patient basic information, and generating a patient basic information vector; calculating a first similarity between a basic information vector of a specified patient and basic information vectors of other patients; obtaining patient behavior information, and generating a patient behavior vector; calculating a second similarity between a specified patient behavior vector and other patient behavior vectors; performing fusion processing on the patient basic information vector of a same patient and the patient behavior vector to obtain a fusion vector; calculating a third similarity between a specified fusion vector and other fusion vectors; calculating a comprehensive similarity between the specified patient and other patients; and screening, from other patients on the basis of the comprehensive similarity, a similar patient of the specified patient. The present application can accurately implement identification processing of the similar patient of a patient. The present application may also be applied to the field of blockchains, and data such as the comprehensive similarity may be stored on a blockchain.
