Abstract:
A rolling machine for industrial production, comprising a metal rotation shaft having undergone a coating treatment. The coating treatment comprises the steps of 1) sequentially adding 1-2 parts by weight of triethanolamine oleate, 2.3 parts by weight of sodium borate, 1.6 parts by weight of λ-glycidylether trimethoxysilane and 0.7 parts by weight of lignosulphonate to 46 parts by weight of deionized water, and uniformly stirring these materials; 2) further sequentially adding 5.6 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 11.5 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 3.2 parts by weight of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 2.2 parts by weight of 1,2-diethoxy silicon ester ethane, and continuing to stir these materials until sufficiently and uniformly mixed to prepare a coating treatment liquid; and 3) placing the metal rotation shaft into the coating treatment liquid for impregnation, and taking out and drying same. The metal rotation shaft of the rolling machine for industrial production is coated with a protective film on the surface, and has a good performance and a good surface finish quality.
