This rolling machine is provided with: a rolling die 4 that rotates in contact with an outer peripheral face of a steering shaft 14 as an object to be rolled while pressing the steering shaft, to plastically deform the outer peripheral face to form a male screw; a spindle 3 that is inserted into a through hole 10 formed through the rolling die in a central axis direction to transmit turning force to the rolling die; a key groove and a key that restrict relative rotation between the rolling die and the spindle; and a spiral oil groove 16 that is provided on an inner peripheral face of the through hole or on an outer peripheral face of the spindle and extends in an inner axis direction from one axial end 10b side of the through hole. The oil groove is formed in a line-like shape to allow oil to be injected to the inside from one end portion 16a and the other end portion 16b that are arc-shaped and opened respectively on one lateral face and the other lateral face of the rolling die. This inhibits occurrence of anchoring of the rolling die to the spindle, and facilitates removal of the rolling die.
