The present invention addresses the problem of assisting more practical learning and training. An assistance system (1) assists the learning and training of a target person (M1) regarding knowledge or technique. The assistance system (1) comprises a presentation unit (30), a first estimation unit (31), a second estimation unit (32), and a generation unit (41). The presentation unit (30) presents training material that is used in a training process implemented by the target person (M1). The first estimation unit (31) estimates the concentration level of the target person (M1) addressing the training material. The second estimation unit (32) estimates the tension level of the target person (M1) addressing the training material. On the basis of the concentration level and the tension level, the generation unit (41) generates training information that relates to a training process to be implemented next after the aforementioned training process.
