Abstract:
A room-temperature selective swelling method of pore generation, used for preparation of a separation membrane, comprising: treating an amphiphilic block copolymer dense membrane using a compound swelling agent at 15-30°C for 1 min-24 h, then removing residual solvent and drying at room temperature, obtaining an amphiphilic block copolymer separation membrane having a bicontinuous porous structure; the compound swelling agent consisting of 60-96% a first swelling agent and 4-40% a second swelling agent, the first swelling agent being an alcohol solvent, and the second swelling agent being any one, or a mixture of two or more, of the reagents 1,4-dioxane, toluene, styrene and tetrahydrofuran. By means of adjusting solvent composition of a swelling agent and an amount of second swelling agent, it is possible to regulate a degree and morphology of swelling.
