Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a root canal filling material for use in a tooth extraction treatment or a non-tooth extraction treatment, which is easily obtained, can be clinically applied, and can efficiently promote dental tissue regeneration, and a dental tissue regeneration method using the same. A root canal filling material (200), which contains an extracellular matrix (210) and mesenchymal stem cells (220) excluding dental pulp stem cells, and is inserted into the apical side of the root canal after pulpectomy or after the enlargement and cleaning of an infected root canal is provided. Also, a dental tissue regeneration method through a tooth extraction treatment or a non-tooth extraction treatment, including a step of injecting a root canal filling material into the apical side of the root canal of a non-extracted tooth after pulpectomy or after the enlargement and cleaning of an infected root canal is provided.
