Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of plunger pump cylinder block assembly processing. Disclosed is a rotary disc tooling fixture for assembling a plunger pump cylinder block. The rotary disc tooling fixture comprises a top plate, rotating rods are mounted at the center of the bottom end of the top plate, and a support plate is mounted at the bottom ends of the rotating rods by means of a bearing; stabilizing structures are arranged at the top end of the support plate, fixing rods are mounted at the bottom end of the support plate, and a bottom plate is mounted at the bottom ends of the fixing rods; a cylinder is mounted on one side of the bottom end of the bottom plate, and the output end of the cylinder is connected to a pneumatic telescopic rod; a rack is mounted at one end of the pneumatic telescopic rod. According to the present invention, a plunger pump cylinder can be clamped by means of rotation of clamping plates, and a gravity self-locking function of the plunger pump cylinder is achieved.
