Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a cooling means which, in order to supply a material containing a resin into a kiln cylinder that is rotated while being heated, through a material supply pipe, transports the material through the material supply pipe to a position, in the kiln cylinder, having a temperature at which the resin in the material evaporates, and supplies the material into the kiln cylinder through a supply port of the material supply pipe, and also prevents the inside of the material supply pipe from being heated up to a temperature at which the resin contained in the material is melted; and a thermally insulating means which thermally insulates outer peripheral sections of a cooling member and the material supply pipe.
