Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotary level switch, comprising a blade (1), an electric motor (2), and a sensor (6), wherein a rotating shaft (11) of the blade (1) is connected to an output shaft of the electric motor (2); a shaft coupling (3) is provided between the rotating shaft and the output shaft; the electric motor (2) is a stepping electric motor; the sensor (6) comprises a proximity switch (61) and a sensing head (62); the sensing head (62) is mounted on the rotating shaft (11) of the blade (1) and between a fixing base (41) and the shaft coupling (3); the proximity switch (61) is mounted on a switch base (63); the switch base (63) is fixed on an electric motor mounting base (21) or on the fixing base (41); and the proximity switch (61) is connected to an external driving device. The switch performs counting by means of the sensor (6); and in conjunction with the phenomenon whereby the stepping electric motor is out of step due to the blade (1) being blocked, the switch determines whether there is material in a batching machine, reaches a conclusion according to the counted amount, and raises an alarm in a timely manner. The structure of the switch is simple, and plastic support columns and an open frame form are used to replace an original fully metal closed form, such that effective thermal insulation is realized, the service life is prolonged, and the cost is greatly reduced. In addition, the driving device and the sensor (6) are mounted separately so as to ensure that the driving device is not damaged due to the influence of a high temperature, thereby achieving a higher stability.
