Abstract:
A rotary sealing structure and a spiral sand-water separator are disclosed. The rotary sealing structure comprises a rotary sleeve (1), a fixed spindle (2), a spiral blade shaft (3), a sealing ring (4), a thrust ball bearing (5), a self-aligning roller bearing (6), and a spacing shaft sleeve (7). The fixed spindle (2) comprises a fixed section (21), a sealing section (22), and a rotary shaft section (23). The rotary sleeve (1) comprises an annular end cover (11), a sealing sleeve (12), a rotary shaft sleeve (13), and a closed end cover (14) which are detachably connected. The annular end cover (11) is provided on the fixed section (21) in a sleeving manner; the annular end cover (11) and the sealing sleeve (12) are locked to tightly press a polyurethane sealing ring (15) onto an inclined shaft shoulder surface (221); the thrust ball bearing (5), the spacing shaft sleeve (7), and the self-aligning roller bearing (6) are provided on the rotary shaft section (23) in a sleeving manner; the closed end cover (14) and the rotary shaft sleeve (13) are locked to extrude the thrust ball bearing (5), so that the thrust ball bearing (5), the spacing shaft sleeve (7), and the self-aligning roller bearing (6) are located onto the rotary shaft section (23). The device is long in service life and low in maintenance costs.
