Title:
ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/145033
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of reducing stress on the outer edge portion side of a rotor, said stress being caused by press-fitting a shaft. This rotating electric machine rotor has a shaft and a rotor core, wherein the shaft is connected to the rotor core. The rotor core has: an outer edge portion housing a magnet; an inner edge portion connected to the shaft; and a rib portion internally formed with a lightening portion between the outer edge portion and the inner edge portion. The rib portion has: a through-hole formation portion connected to the outer edge portion and internally having a through-hole; and a cross-linked portion for connecting the through-hole formation portion and the inner edge portion to each other. The cross-linked portion has: a second cross-linked portion connected to the through-hole formation portion and projecting toward the outside; and a first cross-linked portion having one end connected to the inner edge portion and the other end connected to the second cross-linked portion. The cross-linked portion also has a bent portion at a position where the first cross-linked portion and the second cross-linked portion are connected to each other.
