Abstract:
The present invention can suppress the increase of the weight of a rotating electric machine equipped with a low speed rotor provided with a metal spacer between a plurality of magnetic pole pieces. This rotating electric machine is provided with: a stator (10); a first rotor (20) provided rotatably with respect to the stator; and a second rotor (30) provided coaxially with the first rotor. The first rotor is provided with: a plurality of magnetic pole pieces (21) disposed side by side in the circumferential direction; a plurality of spacers (22) each disposed between the plurality of magnetic pole pieces; two clampers (24) respectively disposed at both ends in the radial direction; and fasteners (26) for fastening the spacers and the clampers to each other. The spacers have a hollow portion (22a), and the spacers and the fasteners are electrically insulated from each other.
