Abstract:
A rotating and swinging-driven vane compressor, comprising a machine base (1), a cylinder body (2) supported on the machine base (1), a rotor (3), vanes (4), end covers (5), and an air inlet (6) and an exhaust port (7) respectively connected at the air inlet side and the air exhaust side of the cylinder body (2). Rotating pin shaft guide grooves (521) and swinging pin shaft guide grooves (522) in the end covers (5) respectively restrain movement of the two ends of a rotating pin shaft (411) and two ends of a swinging pin shaft (412) penetrating through each of the vanes (4), and the vanes (4) swing around the rotating pin shafts (411) while rotating along with the rotor (3), so as to form a plurality of compartments having periodically changing space volumes between the rotor (3), the cylinder wall and the vanes (4). A using method of the rotating and swinging-driving vane compressor is also provided. The friction force between the vanes (4) and the cylinder wall is relatively stable, which facilitates lubrication and noise reduction of the compressor and prolongs the service life.
