Abstract:
A rowing stroke frequency recommendation method, apparatus (340) and device (350). The method comprises: after a terminal (30) enters a rowing machine motion mode in response to a user operation, determining, according to indication information, a target motion intensity corresponding to a present rowing machine motion (S402); determining, according to a mapping relation between the motion intensity and the heart rate, a target heart rate interval corresponding to the target motion intensity (S403); then by acquiring a mapping relation between the heart rate and the rowing stroke frequency in advance, determining, according to the mapping relation between the heart rate and the rowing stroke frequency, a target rowing stroke frequency interval corresponding to the target heart rate interval (S404); and recommending the target rowing stroke frequency interval to a user (S405). In this way, the user can control his or her rowing stroke frequency according to the target rowing stroke frequency interval, thereby realizing the effect that guidance is provided for the rowing motion of the user by means of the appropriate rowing stroke frequency.
