Abstract:
A rubber composition for tires is provided with which it is possible to improve the dry and wet performances and satisfactorily maintain or improve the wear resistance to thereby attain a high degree of balance among these performances. One or more fillers and a resin are incorporated into a diene-based rubber comprising 40 mass% or more specific modified conjugated-diene-based polymer represented by formula (1), so that the total amount of the fillers is 75 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the diene-based rubber and the mass ratio of the resin to the specific modified conjugated-diene-based polymer is 1/10 to 1/2.
