Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a rubber composition that is capable of enhancing the performance of a tire on ice and that has superior workability; and a vulcanized rubber that is capable of enhancing the performance of a tire on ice and that has superior productivity. The solutions therefor are: a rubber composition that contains a rubber component containing a diene rubber, an inorganic foaming agent, and an organic acid, the rubber composition being characterized in that the SP value of the organic acid is 9.15-16.0 (cal/cm3)1/2; and a vulcanized rubber that is characterized by being formed by vulcanizing the rubber composition and having a foaming rate of 1-45%.
