A rubber safety support for an integral tyre. The rubber safety support comprises a rubber support (3), wherein the rubber support (3) is sleeved on a hub (1), a tyre (2) is sleeved on the hub (1), a mounting ring (5) is movably connected to one side of the hub (1), a fixing ring (4) is slidably connected to the hub (1) on the same side as the mounting ring (5), a sensor layer (6) is arranged on a surface of the rubber support (3), a gas cavity (301) is provided inside the rubber support (3), an inner surface of the gas cavity (301) is provided with a control layer (7), and an outer surface of the control layer (7) is provided with a gas generation layer (8). By means of structural design, the rubber support added in a tyre can effectively support an automobile when an accident occurs, and the automobile is prevented from losing control and being in an accident; moreover, the rubber support can also support the automobile to travel for a certain distance, thereby ensuring the safety of the lives of a driver and passengers when the tyre bursts in the wilderness.
