Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rug comprising a rug surface layer and a bottom surface layer; the rug is prepared by placing a rug preform into a dry/wet thermal gray fabric shaping device, and causing the rug surface layer to rub against an inner wall of a box body and against itself. The rug preform is placed into a tumbling or shaking wet thermal box body for tumbling and shaping, and a pile surface of the rug surface layer rubs against the inner wall of the box body and against itself; meanwhile, under the action of centrifugal force, the shape of a root portion of pile-surface tows is fixed, each tow standing upright, thus avoiding tow bunching; under the effects of frictional force and high temperature, the topmost end of each tow forms a slightly-bent dispersed pile head, causing the appearance thereof to resemble the appearance of cotton fibers.
