Disclosed is a safety protection damping apparatus for automobile underside maintenance, comprising a first creeper plate (1). The rear end of the first creeper plate (1) is provided with an adjustment plate (2). The adjustment plate (2) is inserted into the first creeper plate (2). A second creeper plate (3) is arranged directly behind the first creeper plate (1). Connectors (4) are provided on two sides between the second creeper plate (3) and the adjustment plate (2). The connectors (4) are rotatably connected to the second creeper plate (3) and the adjustment plate (2). The corners of the bottom surface of the first creeper (1) and the second creeper plate (3) are provided with universal wheels (5). Two pairs of sliding seats (6) are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the upper surfaces of the first creeper plate (1) and the second creeper plate (3). Buffer rods (7) are installed on the upper surface of the sliding seats (6). The top end of the buffer rods (7) on the upper surface of the first creeper plate (1) is provided with a first protection plate (8), and the top end of the buffer rods (7) on the upper surface of the second creeper plate (3) is connected with a second protection plate (9).
