Abstract:
It is possible to provide a sampling filter device and a radio communication device
capable of modifying filter characteristics without using a complicated waveform
as a control signal and performing a filter process using a wide frequency space
without performing decimation. The sampling filter device (100) includes:
a control unit (140), a plurality of integrators (150 to 154), a plurality of switches
(130, 160-164, 170-174, 180-184), and a plurality of voltage/current conversion
units (120-123). During one clock, inputted currents are accumulated in four
of the integrators (150-154) and charges accumulated in the other remaining
integrator at the preceding clocks, i.e., four clocks before until one clock
before are added to be outputted. When accumulating charge in the integrators
(150-154) at each clock, the input current is switched so as to weight a charge
to be outputted, thereby changing the filter characteristic.
