Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a satellite communication device, comprising a satellite communication main body, a reflective layer, and a solar thin-film cell. The satellite communication main body comprises an antenna for reflecting and focusing a detected satellite signal, and the antenna has a parabolic reflection surface. A satellite communication module, a main controller, and an energy storage module are provided within the satellite communication main body. The main controller comprises a charging-discharging control module for controlling input and output of electrical energy. The reflective layer covers the parabolic reflection surface of the antenna. The solar thin-film cell covers the reflective layer. Also provided is a manufacturing method of a satellite communication device. The present invention realizes a self-powered portable satellite communication antenna by coating the reflective layer and the solar thin-film on the reflection surface of the satellite antenna. Furthermore, the invention adds the charging-discharging control module and the energy storage module to ensure high operational reliability of the satellite communication device in an emergency.
