Abstract:
In the present invention, a first satellite (301) comprises: a first communication device (501) that communicates with a satellite flying ahead or behind in the same orbital plane; a second communication device (502) that communicates with a satellite flying in an adjacent orbit; and a third communication device (503) that communicates with a ground facility or a land/sea/air moving body. A second satellite (302) comprises: a first communication device (501); a second communication device (502); a third communication device (503); and a monitoring device (36). A third satellite (303) comprises: a first communication device (501); a third communication device (503); and a monitoring device (36). A fourth satellite (304) comprises: a first communication device (501); and a third communication device (503). A satellite constellation (201) forms an annular communication network (702) in which the first satellite, the second satellite, the third satellite, and the fourth satellite fly at the same altitude in the same orbital plane, and satellites flying ahead or behind in an annular manner form a bidirectional communication cross.
