Abstract:
An induction heating apparatus, comprising a heat resistant insulating plate for shielding a radiant heat from a heated material passing through the inside of an inductive heating coil disposed inside the induction heating coil, wherein the heated material is heated by applying an alternating magnetic field to the heated material by the induction heating coil, and the scales produced on the surface of the heated material and dropped onto the insulating plate are dispersed stably from the surface of the insulating plate by blowing gas onto the insulating plate from at least one of the input and output sides of the induction heating coil at two or more different blowing angles.
