Abstract:
A scanning antenna (1000) in which a plurality of antenna units are arranged, and which comprises a TFT substrate (101), a slot substrate (201A), and a liquid crystal layer LC that is disposed between the TFT substrate (101) and the slot substrate (201A). The slot substrate (201A) comprises a second dielectric substrate (51), a slot electrode (55) that is supported by a first main surface of the second dielectric substrate (51), and a first dielectric layer (52a) that is arranged between the second dielectric substrate (51) and the slot electrode (55). The slot electrode (55) has a tensile stress. The first dielectric layer (52a) has a compressive stress.
