Abstract:
A scanning drive circuit and a flat display device. The scanning drive circuit comprises a plurality of cascaded scanning drive units (1). The nth-stage scanning drive unit (1) comprises an input circuit (11) for receiving a cross-stage signal from a preceding stage (ST(n-2)), a first clock signal (CK) and a second clock signal (GCK), outputting a cross-stage signal from the current stage (ST(n)) and pulling up a control signal (Q(n)); an output circuit (12) connected to the input circuit (11) for receiving a cross-stage signal for a next stage (ST(n+2)) so as to pull down a scanning drive signal from the current stage (G(n)) and pull up the control signal (Q(n)); a control circuit (13) for receiving a first pull-down signal (LC1) and a second pull-down signal (LC2), pulling up the control signal (Q(n)) and outputting the scanning drive signal from the current stage (G(n)), or for receiving the first clock signal (CK), the cross-stage signal from a preceding stage (ST(n-2)), a third clock signal (XCK), pulling up the control signal (Q(n)) and outputting scanning drive signal from the current stage (G(n)); and a scan line (Gate(n)) for receiving the scanning drive signal from the current stage (G(n)) and controlling pixel units, so as to satisfy the driving demand of charge-sharing pixels while ensuring the high aperture ratio of the charge-sharing pixels without affecting the reliability of the scanning drive circuit.
