Abstract:
Provided are, inter alia, a device for inspecting a screen mask with which it is possible to more accurately inspect whether a screen mask is in a state in which cream solder can be printed properly. Position information of cream solder 3 printed on a printed-circuit board 1 is detected, and a quality determination pertaining to the screen mask at the time of printing is performed on the basis of the detection result. Using the position information of the cream solder 3 makes it possible to determine quality pertaining to the screen mask at the time of printing while taking into consideration not only the screen mask itself, but also external factors that affect the screen mask during printing, such as pressing force exerted on the printed-circuit board 1 and force exerted from the squeegee. Therefore, it is possible to more accurately inspect whether the screen mask is in a state in which the cream solder 3 can be printed properly.
