Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a screw capable of providing a proper threading relation between a male screw and a female screw, simply formed and manufacturable at low cost, capable of developing loosening prevention capability, and having excellent fatigue resistance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The pitch of the female screw (20) is set larger than that of the male screw (10) within a prescribed range to properly produce a frictional force between the male screw (10) and the female screw (20) in a threaded state so as to provide a large resistance thereto in a loosening direction while enabling the threading and tightening thereof. Accordingly, even if a variable stress is applied to the screw from the outside, the loosening prevention capability can be securely provided, and by increasing the pitch of the female screw (20), the effect of an external stress acting on the male screw (10) by the variable stress can also be largely suppressed. As a result, the fatigue resistance of the screw can also be largely increased.
