Abstract:
Provided is a scroll compressor (100) comprising: a motor (30) that causes an orbiting scroll (22) to rotate with respect to a fixed scroll (21); a rotating shaft (40) that is rotated around an axis (X) by the motor (30); a bearing (50) that supports the rotating shaft (40); and a housing (10). The housing (10) includes a partition wall (16) that partitions an internal space (IS) into a first space (IS1) in which the motor (30) is disposed and a second space (IS2) in which the bearing (50) and a compressor (20) are disposed. The partition wall (16) includes a first communication passage (16c) that guides a mixed refrigerant containing a lubricant and a refrigerant gas from the first space (IS1) to the region of the second space (IS2) where the bearing (50) is located, and a second communication passage (16d) that guides, to the compressor (20), the refrigerant gas which is contained in the mixed refrigerant that was guided to the region of the second space (IS2).
