Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a scroll-type compressor inexpensively and in a simple structure by the autonomous adjustment of pressure in a back-pressure chamber. [Solution] A scroll-type compressor 100 provided with a scroll unit 1, a housing 10 having an intake chamber H1 and a discharge chamber H2, a back-pressure chamber H3, and a back-pressure adjustment valve 50 for adjusting the pressure in the back-pressure chamber H3, the scroll-type compressor 100 pushing a movable scroll 3 toward the fixed-scroll side 2 by a back-pressure chamber interior pressure Pm, wherein the back-pressure adjustment valve 50 includes a pressure-sensing unit (valve opening adjustment mechanism) 60 for sensing the intake chamber interior pressure Ps and the discharge chamber interior pressure Pd, operating in conjunction with the fluctuation in each of the sensed pressures, and autonomously adjusting the valve opening so that the back-pressure chamber interior chamber Pm approaches a set pressure (predetermined pressure) Pc determined on the basis of the sensed pressures Ps, Pd.
