Abstract:
The invention relates to a seal (10), in particular a valve-cover seal or cylinder-head cover seal, for sealing a connection between a substantially thin-walled moulded part (19) and an additional moulded part (17). Said seal comprises an elastic sealing lip, which is located between the two moulded parts (19, 17), said elastic sealing lip being moulded onto the external edge region of a dimensionally stable support frame (12).
