Abstract:
Provided is a sealing device that seals an annular gap between a shaft and a housing that rotate relative to one another and retains the pressure of a sealed fluid, wherein the sealing device has excellent sealability and mountability. The invention is provided with: a first annular member (200) equipped with a first cylindrical part (201) that is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of a shaft (20) and a first flange part (202) that extends radially outwardly from the first cylindrical part (201); a second annular member (300) equipped with a second cylindrical part (301) that is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical part (201) and a second flange part (302) that extends radially outwardly from the second cylindrical part (301); and an endless, resin seal ring (400) that is disposed between the first flange part (202) and the second flange part (302) and that seals the space between the shaft hole in the housing (30) and the first flange part (202) and the second flange part (302), and the space between one of the low pressure sides of the first flange part (202) and the second flange part (302).
