A seasoned egg and method for preparing the same. Said seasoned egg comprises
egg, purified water, and soup material. Said method comprises: boiling egg,
removing shell, immersing in vinegar, removing vinegar, adding soup material,
vacuum packing, then sterilizing at high temperature, thus obtaining said product.
