Abstract:
Provided is a seat device that is capable of reliably restricting reclining operation of a seat when in a long-seat configuration with the seat back along a wall. Specifically provided is a seat device (10) enabling conversion of the configuration of a seat (1), the seat device (10) comprising a reclining mechanism (50) enabling tilting of the backrest (3) of the seat (1), wherein operation by the reclining mechanism (50) to tilt the backrest (3) is disabled when the seat (1) is in a long-seat configuration.
