Abstract:
Provided is a seat device that is capable of reliably preventing rotation operation of a seat by a user when in a long-seat configuration with the seat back along a wall. The present invention comprises: a rotation locking mechanism (60) that is capable of restricting rotation of a seat (1); a rotation operation part (200) that operates to release the restriction by the rotation locking mechanism (60); and a rotation operation preventing mechanism (210) that disables the release operation of the rotation operation part (200) when the seat (1) is in a long-seat configuration. The rotation operation preventing mechanism (210) is provided with: an engaging part (211) that is provided to a base (11); and an engagement-receiving part (207) that is provided to the rotation operation part (200) on a moving mount (20) and, when the seat (1) is in a long-seat configuration, is engaged with the engaging part (211) and disables the release operation of the rotation operation part (200).
