Abstract:
This seat lock device comprises: a base that is provided to one of a seat and a vehicle body and has a slot part that is structured so as to receive a striker, said striker being provided to the other of the seat and the vehicle body; a case that is provided facing the base and has a slot part that is structured so as to receive the striker; a hook that is rotatably provided between the base and the case and operates together with at least the slot part of the case to create a locked state in which the striker is sandwiched; a pole that is rotatably provided between the base and the case and holds the hook in the locked state by engaging with a peripheral surface of the hook; a pushing member that is provided so as to be movable between the base and the case along an entry direction of the striker and pushes the striker, which is held in the locked state, in a direction opposite to the entry direction; and a cam that is rotatably provided between the base and the case, is constantly rotationally biased toward the pushing member, and pushes the pushing member in the direction opposite to the entry direction.
