Abstract:
The present invention provides a seat pad (1) which comprises a backrest (12) rising from the rear side of a seat (11) on which a vehicle occupant sits, and supporting the vehicle occupant from behind. The hardness, in the front-rear direction X, of the lower section (13) of the backrest (12), which supports at least the waist of the vehicle occupant, is lower than the hardness, in the front-rear direction X, of the upper section (14) which supports at least the shoulders of the vehicle occupant.
